2025 Lincoln Wine Fest
Winery & Brewery Participation


The 12th Lincoln Wine Fest is scheduled to return on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 1:00-5:00 pm (VIP starting at 12:30 pm).

We would love to have you participate in this Placer County wine event! Please fill out the following form below. The day and time in which this form is received will indicate the order of preference for venues.

If all requirements are completed, then a payment of $175 (or more, depending on overall results and your extra effort) will be issued in the form of a check within 60 days of the event.

Necessary requirements for full partnership bonus:
- Social media posts: Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram (minimum of 3 total, Stories don’t count)
- Email blasts: Email(s) to your winery database with prominent presence in email (minimum 1)
- Website presence: Event logo, blog post, posted on event calendar, etc. with event link
- Printed materials: Hang poster(s) and display small info cards in winery, tasting room, etc.

Giveaway Donation (Required):
Please provide a tasting certificate for 4-10 people. Can send electronically or request pick up at winery.

Wine Garden (Format same as 2023)
Should it be needed, we may purchase up to 2 bottles of your wine for the Wine Garden at your Bottle Shop price, if you are participating in the Bottle Shop. No need to bring extra bottles this year.

Bottle Shop Participation (Optional, wineries only):
If you choose, we recommend you provide, on Friday, 4/25 between noon and 5PM, (or can arrange the week ahead with the Lincoln Chamber). A maximum of 3 cases of wine (any mix of the wines you pour day of). If past Wine Fest results indicate you could sell more of particular wine, you may bring an extra case of it. You will be paid for the wine sold, less 10% contribution to Lincoln Rotary, and Sales tax will be your responsibility, as always, or it will be returned when you pick it up on Sunday between 10AM and NOON. The remaining wine inventory at noon will be considered a donation to Rotary.  Print out form
