2025 Lincoln Wine Fest
Retail Venue Participation
The 12th Lincoln Wine Fest is scheduled to return on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 1:00-5:00 pm (VIP starting at 12:30 pm).
We would love to have you participate in this Placer County wine event! Please fill out the following form below.
Investment of $75 is due upon contract signing to be included in marketing, advertising, digital presence, etc.

If you are a food establishment or provide your own food then the fee is waived.
Your efforts in raising awareness helps offset our costs to run the event. Suggested marketing recommendations:
- Social media posts: Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram (minimum of 3 total)
- Email blasts: Emails to your database with prominent presence in email (minimum 2)
- Website presence: Event image/logo, upcoming event feature, blog post, link posted on event calendar, etc.
- Printed materials: Hang poster(s) and display small info cards in establishment, store windows, on counters
*All graphic assets, verbiage, and links will be provided for you.
*Please submit this form no later than March 15, 2025 to ensure that your retail venue is included in PR and marketing efforts.

The Lincoln Wine Fest is an annual Rotary community outreach event to bring visitors to Downtown Lincoln and is separate from the Placer County Vintners Association.
